Hi, my name is Steve Fleisch from the SMF Home Team
with Charles Rutenberg Realty. It is my goal
to become the Real Estate Consultant that
you or people you know think of first, when
buying or selling a home.
Since there are many Real Estate Professionals to
choose from, let me take this opportunity to
tell you a little about myself.
For more then 26 years I had the privilege of working
for an organization that provided services
to people with disabilities and active
seniors. During these years I assisted
thousands of people to reach life long goals
and to improve the quality of their lives.
Although I have had a Real Estate license for more
then 20 years, it has been the last 3 years
that I have focused my career efforts to the
Real Estate Profession.
Working with people who faced major challenges
everyday in their lives taught me the
importance of determination and persistence
when working towards established goals.
Although I was the professional who brought training,
experience, patience and understanding to
the table, it was often the people I was
helping that taught me the important life
values.
I recognize that a real estate transaction can be a
very stressful experience. There are many
steps that must be achieved during a
successful transaction.
My goal is to help make the real estate experience as
“painless” as possible for the clients I
have the privilege to serve.
As
a professional, trained to listen, I have a Masters
Degree in Guidance & Counseling, I really listen to you
and address your specific needs while providing you with
the guidance and assistance required during the entire
transaction.
Although
I work with people of all ages, my
experience working with older adults for
nine years, lead me to now focus most of my
real estate efforts to retirees in
transition.
As
individuals are deciding to downsize their
homes by choice or for those who face the
need to downsize or find alternative living
arrangements because of health or other life
challenges, I am committed to assist with
the process.
My
team of experts is available to help deal
with the challenges that may be faced.
Handling the real estate end is my task,
dealing with the other areas of concern are
simplified by having other quality
professionals available to help when needed.
